Track bolt inspection
1. Inspection of adhesion strength of track bolt plating
There are many methods to evaluate the adhesion between the coating and the base metal, usually the following: 1. friction polishing test; 2. file method test; 3. scratch method; 4. bending test; 5. thermal shock test; 6. extrusion law.
2. Inspection of corrosion resistance of track bolt plating
The test methods for corrosion resistance of coatings are: atmospheric exposure test; neutral salt spray test (NSS test); acetate salt spray test (ASS test), copper accelerated acetate spray test (CASS test); and corrosion paste corrosion test (CORR test) and solution drip corrosion test; immersion test, immersion corrosion test, etc.

The difference between the mechanical performance requirements of track bolts and nuts is that:
1. The mechanical properties of the nut mainly depend on the hardness of the nut, the height of the nut, and the wall thickness of the nut. Therefore, the material requirements are not high. Of course, if the nut has toughness requirements, higher-level materials should also be used, such as Chemical fastener nuts require higher grades for toughness requirements.
2.The plasticity index required for track bolts, the higher the performance level, only higher-level materials can be achieved. Low-level materials can only meet the strength requirements by reducing the tempering temperature, but they cannot meet the requirements of plasticity and toughness.
